          Sarah, age 46, was enumerated on the 1860 Federal Census in Baker's Run, Hardy County, Virginia. Also enumerated in this household was a laborer, Alfred Vannort, age 50. Her real estate was valued at $2500 and her personal estate was valued at $450.8 Follow the link to see the census image. Also in the house is Martha Milslagle who is Sarah's first cousin and Jacob's mother.9 Sarah worked as a post mistress.9 Follow the link to see the census image.           According to Garner, "she leaves her estate to Jacob Wimer to dispose as he saw fit and he is to pay her final doctor's bill and funeral costs. The concluding paragraph of her will which she had hand-written herself reads 'and I want to be buried up at the U.B. Church on Bakers Run and get me a tombstone like you got for Aunt Martha Wimer'. . ."3
          She is the great-granddaughter of Johann Andreas Mühlschlägel, original immigrant.
