Jane Waddell was born say 1810.¹ Her married name was Mrs. Beatty but her husband's name is unknown.^2,3 Jane married Andrew Millslagle, son of Johann Jacob Mühlschlägel and Elizabeth Cooper, on 19 October 1839 in Sangamon County, Illinois. It is the second marriage for both of them.^2,3 Jane and Andrew had at least 2 children. These children are Mary and William.
Andrew was enumerated on the 1840 census for Sangamon Co as Andrew Milslagle, aged 30 to 40 years old. Based on ages, it is possible that Jane was also living in the household aged between 20 and 30 years old.⁴ Follow the link to see the census image. Jane died on 23 October 1846 in Sangamon Co.²
