Frances Selena Millslagle was born on 23 March 1833 in Virginia.1,2
She was the daughter of Samuel Millslagle and Joanna Glaize.3
She may have been enumerated on the 1840 census for Hampshire County, Virginia in the household of her father as a female aged five to ten years old.4

Frances, age 17, was enumerated in the household of her parents on the 1850 Federal Census in District #24, Hampshire County, Virginia. She does not attend school.5

Frances married Abraham Creswell (Junior), son of Abraham Creswell (Senior) and Mary Chenoweth, circa 1851. He was 23 and she was 17.1
Frances and Abraham had 7 children. These children are Evan P., John N., Mary L., Lilly G., Sarah F., Samuel E. and Blanche.1
Abraham, age 42, and Frances, age 37, were enumerated on the 1870 Federal Census for the Forks of Capon Post Office in Blooming Township, Hampshire County, West Virginia. Also enumerated in this household were several children: Evan (age 18), John (age 15), Mary (age 11), Lilly (age 9), Sarah (age 5), and Samuel (age 2). Frances' uncle, Elias Millslagle, lives with them. Three other people, Lydia Low, Catharine and Christian Stamp, were also enumerated in this household. I do not know what the relationships are between them..6

Frances died on 1 March 1901.1
She was 67 years old.
She and Abraham were buried in Bethel Cemetery in Trone, Virginia.1
She is the great-granddaughter of Johann Andreas Mühlschlägel, original immigrant.
