He was the son of William Edwin Harloe and Sarah Virginia Kelso.2
Charles married Maynard L. Sutphin.2
Charles and Maynard did not have any children.2
Charles and Maynard were living in Winchester, Virginia.2
Charles died in 1969.2
He was about 83 years old.
He is the 3rd great-grandson of Johann Andreas Mühlschlägel, original immigrant.
