Thomas Wellington Millslagle was born in 1866 in Eldora, Hardin County, Iowa.1
He was the son of Thomas Millslagle and Eliza Baumgardner.1
Thomas worked as a minister in Nebraska in U.S.A.1
Thomas married Cora Alice Childers on 19 May 1889 in Cody, Cherry County, Nebraska.2
Thomas and Cora had 2 children. These children are Delcie Pearl and Frank.
Thomas and Cora divorced shortly after the birth of Frank. Thomas took Delcie to live with him in Iowa and Frank lived with Cora.1
Thomas, age 28, and Cora, age 18, were enumerated on the 1895 Iowa State Census in Coon Rapids, Carroll County, Iowa. No children are listed with them. I would expect Delcie and Frank to be enumerated with them.3
Thomas died circa 1897 in Cody, Cherry County, Nebraska.1
He was about 31 years old.
Thomas was buried in an unmarked grave in Cody, Cherry County, Nebraska. Garner in Earliest Settlers of Western Frederick-Eastern Hampshire Counties is unclear when she writes that he was buried in Cody, NE but Cora went back to Iowa to pick up her daughter, Delcie. Did Thomas' parents pick up Delcie from Cody and then Cora came and picked her up and then went to Cody?1
He is the 3rd great-grandson of Johann Andreas Mühlschlägel, original immigrant.
