     William Park was born on 14 November 1810 in Virginia.1,2,3 He was the son of Colonel George Parks and Hanna Mühlschlägel.1 William married Susan A. Brill. William and Susan had 6 children. These children are George P., William L., Hannah L., Susan Alice, Samuel W. and John H..1
          George, age 66, and William, age 58, were enumerated on the 1870 Federal Census for the Forks of Capon Post Office in Blooming Township, Hampshire County, West Virginia. Also enumerated in this household were Philena (age 40), Susan (age 30), George (age 4), Hannah (age 1). I do not know the relationships of this family.4 Follow the link to see the census image.           William, age 69, and Susan, age 38, were enumerated on the 1880 Federal Census in Bloomery, Hampshire County, West Virginia. Also enumerated in this household were their children: George (age 14), William (age 13), Hanah (age 11), Susan (age 9), Samuel (age 5), and John (age 3). Philena, William's sister, age 50, was also in this household.5 William worked as a farmer.5 Follow the link to see the census image.           Susan died on 18 November 1921, leaving William a widower.1 William died on 18 February 1924 in West Virginia. If these dates are correct then he was about 113 years old.6 He and Susan were buried in Parks Graveyard in Parks Hollow, Hampshire County, West Virginia.1 He is the grandson of Johann Andreas Mühlschlägel, original immigrant.
