Stella Nichols was born on 23 October 1873 in Washington, Washington or Franklin Counties, Iowa.1,2
She was the daughter of Henry Harrison Nichols and Louisa Delong.1
Stella married Eli Bennet Bartle on 27 December 1898.1
Stella and Eli may have had numerous children but I only know the name of one child, Virginia.
Eli, age 49, and Stella, age 45, were enumerated on the 1920 Federal Census in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois. Also enumerated in this household was their daughter, Virginia (age 15). They rent their dwelling.3

Stella died on 11 May 1948 in Chicago.1
She was 74 years old.
She is the 3rd great-granddaughter of Johann Andreas Mühlschlägel, original immigrant.
