She was the daughter of Hiram Loy and Nancy Brown Denune.1
Sarah married James Nelson Dunsworth on 20 October 1859 in McDonough County, Illinois.1,2
James died on 8 June 1877, leaving Sarah a widow.1
Sarah died on 17 February 1917 in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas.1
She was 75 years old.
She was buried in Bardolph, McDonough County, Illinois.1
She is the 2nd great-granddaughter of Johann Andreas Mühlschlägel, original immigrant.
