M. O. (?) was born circa 1853 in Ohio.¹ M. married Jonathan Stout, son of Franklin B. Stout and Julia Ann Ewin.² M. and Jonathan may have had numerous children but I only know the name of one child, W. L..
Jonathan, age 24, and M., age 17, were enumerated on the 1870 Federal Census for the Eldora Post Office in Eldora Township, Hardin County, Iowa. Also enumerated in this household were their son, W.L. (age 8 months).²
