Peter Dalenberg was born on 20 December 1883 in Minnesota.2 He was the son of Nicolas Dalenberg and Klaartje De Jong.1 Here are several family pictures taken over 60 years. The earliest photo was taken about 1898. Peter, age 16, was enumerated in the household of his parents on the 1900 Federal Census in Vernon Township, Dodge County, Minnesota. He does not attend school but he does work as a farm laborer.3 Follow the link to see the census image. Peter, age 26, was enumerated in the household of his parents on the 1910 Federal Census in Vernon Township. He works as a laborer on the family farm.4 Follow the link to see the census image.
Peter married Hilda (?).2 Peter and Hilda had at least 2 children. These children are Orphea and Lloyd.5
Peter, age 36, and Hilda, age 26, were enumerated on the 1920 Federal Census in Canisteo Township, Dodge County, Minnesota. Also enumerated in this household were their children, Orphea (age 2 years and 9 months) and Lloyd (age 10 months). They rent their dwelling.5 Peter worked as a farmer on a general farm.5 Follow the link to see the census image. Peter died on 30 August 1963 in Kasson, Dodge County, Minnesota.2 He was 79 old. He was buried at Evergreen Cemetery in Mantorville Township, Dodge County, Minnesota.2
