Russell Dalenberg (M) (8 July 1903 - 2 January 1958) Relationship=Great-grandson of Hendrick De Jongh (III). Relationship=2nd great-grandson of Pieter Cornelisz Dalenberg. Last Edited=18 May 2005 Russell Dalenberg was born on 8 July 1903 in Kasson, Dodge County, Minnesota.1 He was the son of Nicolas Dalenberg and Klaartje De Jong. Russell, age 6, was enumerated in the household of his parents on the 1910 Federal Census in Vernon Township, Dodge County, Minnesota. He attends school.2 Follow the link to see the census image. Russell, age 16, was enumerated in the household of his parents on the 1920 Federal Census in Vernon Township. Russell married Clarice Helen Johanson, daughter of Henry Johanson and Josephina Chalupny, circa 1926. They were about 22.4 They had 5 children. These children are Edwin, Clarence, Dorothy and Earl, and Carol Theresa (not entered into this database).1 Russell, age 26, and Clarice, age 26, were enumerated on the 1930 Federal Census at 820 Plankington Avenue in Cudahy City, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. Also enumerated in this household were their children: Edwin (age 9), Clarence (age 6), Dorothy (age 1), Earl (age ). They live in a multiple family dwelling which they rent for $25 a month and they own a radio. Russell is not a U.S. war veteran.4 Russell worked as a tire builder for a rubber manufacturing plant.
