Benjamin Maple is the first Maple to come to America. He was very good at starting a intresting line of decendents. If you want to read about some of them try the Kathy Maple site listed below. She has a very good site with pictures and things. (It does seem to load slow, but worth the time.) She lives in an area that was settled by a Maple line. Since Kathy has done such a good job I see no reason to repeat her work. On my Worldconnct site I have some lines that she does not have so fell free to see if I might have who you are looking for.
I also have one line on my family that I have all the way back to Royals and the Bible. Almost all dates in this area are just guesses within a time line of about 6000 years. This work is not mine but what I have found that my line connected to. This line is from a Thomas Green who married a lady named Martha Filmer. Martha's family is of a Royal lines that when they are followed back go into almost every Kingdom at some time. She has English French, Scots, Irish and even Egyptian lines. How one person with all these lines got into my line still suprises me. Through her I have learned a lot of History. Through the family time lines I have put History in a timelime that helps me see what to look for next. Gen work does bring Histroy alive.
I hope that you can find someone to look for and if I can help just let me know.
