Stephen Alexander OUTTERIDGE, of No. 2, Singleton-street, South Hoxton, in the county of Middlesex, Dealer in Pickles, Sauces, and Provisions, Commission Agent, and Commercial Traveller, having been adjudged bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in Her Majesty's Court of Bankruptcy, in London, on the 12th day of November, 1861, is hereby required to surrender himself to Thomas Ewing WINSLOW, Esq., a Registrar of the said Court, at the first meeting of creditors to be held before the said Registrar, on the 30th day of November instant, at two o'clock in the forenoon precisely, at the said Court. Mr. Wm. PENNELL, of No. 3, Guildhall-chambers, Basinghall-street, London, is the Official Assignee, and Mr. John Thomas FRY, of No. 6, Danes'-inn, Strand, London, is the Solicitor acting in the bankruptcy.

The HAWKINS family emigrated to Melbourne, Australia in 1881 on a ship named The Lord Warden: Sarah & Alfred + their 4 children: Alfred Stephen (aged 15); Aimee Sarah (aged 11); Frederick (aged 6) & Ethel Catherine (aged 3). Their youngest child, Ethel Catherine - died in 1955 aged 75 - married George GARDINER: they had 9 children, all deceased (as at May 2013). Details from descendant Janna, see bottom of page.
