Hello this is Eric again this may help a little more explaining where I come from. William and Zella Passmore were my Dads Mother and Father. Mrs. Zella Catherine Passmore wife of William Passmore this is her Obits. Passed away about four o'clock Thursday afternoon in Levering hospital after about two weeks' illness. Surviving children are Mrs. Alva Steffey of Quincy; Mrs. C.V. Williams, Palmyra Mo.; Mrs. Otto Long, Lacrosse, Mo.; Mrs. C.J. Robertson, Quincy ILL.; Mrs A.L. Robertson, Palmyra Mo.; Walter Oliver Passmore of Hannibal, Mo. Other survivors are a stepson Carlos Passmore of Fort Madison Ia.; 13 grandchildren; Mrs. Passmore's (Zella's) mother, Mrs. Ira McConnell of Winnigan, Mo.; Two sisters, Mrs Thomas Stanley of Ethel, Mo. and Mrs. Henry Frisinger of Denver; three brothers, John McConnell of Kirksville, Mo.; Everett.; and James McConnell of Winnigan, Mo. Mrs Passmore (Stella) was born at Milam, Mo. March 4 1882, and Died April 20 1939 was 57 years, one month and 16 days of age. The remains were removed to the James O'Donnell funeral home where services will be held at two o'clock Saturday afternoon, Rev. Harlow Reed. This is all I have on Stella. Would like to get Birthday and dates of Death on Ira McConnell, and find out what her Husbands name was, and his Birthday and date of Death. Was Hoping maybe Stella had some information on them. I remember back around late 60's My Mother and Father visited Henry and Stella I remember them having a family reunion, and I do remember Harley that name stands out. Now I never could understand why my Dad hardly ever visited anyone we only lived about 10 miles from Henry and Stella. I never new anyone on my Dads side like it was a big secret. I can only remember my dad visiting Henry and Stella just a few times, in the 30 yrs. that I lived there. This I can tell you though he always talked about Henry and Stella. My Dad lost contact with all his family when we moved to Colorado back in 1963 from Missouri and he never tried to contact any of them just never made since to me. Growing up as kids we my brothers, and sisters never had aunt's and uncle's cousins growing up as kids on my dads side. Well never had any on my Mom's side they all lived in Missouri to but we knew most all of them. My Dads Brother's and Sister's lived in Missouri and when we lived in Missouri I do remember seeing some of them but like I said maybe a couple times. I have Two Brothers Dennis Leon.Passmore and he lives in Denver and Gary Lee Passmore lives in Strausburg Colo. I have Two Sisters Connie Susan Galvez (Passmore) She lives here where I live Lebanon, Mo. My half sister Ann. Louise Pabst (Passmore) she lives in Haughton, Louisiana. Well I guess I better quit for now this is becoming a Novel Ha! I just have a lot to say, but I know I cant do it all in one email Ha! So I will quit bending your ear and let you go. Hello Charlotte Coats just received your response from my email haven't had a chance to really go over the Web Site yet I glanced over it real quick because I wanted to Hurry Up and respond back to YOU HA! Well my mind is getting so confused doing this Ancestry Stuff so let me ask you this to see if I am right? If Henry & Stella were your Great Aunt and Uncle I guess that makes you and I 2nd or 3rd cousins? I get so lost at times, you see I am not very good at this stuff but I have some relatives ( cousins ) that are doing a family tree, and I said I would do all I could to help them in finding Family Members. I tell you since I have been doing this I am getting further into or should say excited as they are Ha! Their names are Jeni Semkin (Passmore) and Margie Anderson (Passmore}. Margie who I just found a couple months ago is the daughter of Carlos Passmore who was my Dads Step Brother who he lost track of back in the 40's, and never seen him again. I found her on the internet. And Jeni Sempkins and I just started communicating a couple yr.s ago. Ok now here's where I hope you can help me? Zella Catherine Passmore and William Landrum Passmore were Stella and my Dad's Mother and Father. Zella's Mother was Ira McConnell she had two Sisters Stella and Mrs. Thomas Stanley, ok what was Stella's sister's name that was married to Thomas Stanley? Now Ira McConnell had three Brother's John McConnell, Everett McConnell, and James McConnell. Do you have any information on the three Brothers and Stella's Sister? Also I would like to have all the information I can get on Carlos Passmore if you have or can get on him well enough for now stay in touch glad we connected Thank You. Stella married Henry B. Frisinger, son of Michael Carl , Sr. Frisinger and Marie Eisen. (Henry B. Frisinger was born on 15 Sep 1895 in New Boston, MO and died on 9 Nov 1983 in Denver, CO.)
