Walter Talbot Duncan

Walter was a large cattle rancher, who owned several acres of ranch landnear the north edge of Craig County, just south of Edna, Kansas. Walter T.was the grandfather of Wauyaugh A. Maxon of Welch. He grew up on the family homenear Russell Creek and the home is still there. (Taken from book on CraigCounty Volume 1)
