Immigrated to the United States about 1893 by boat. Landed on the EastCoast in New York Harbor. Went by train and boat to St. Louis, MO. Settled onsmall tract of land just west of New Boston, MO. His wife became sick on theboat to America and died shortly after arriving in America. She is probablyburied in New Boston, MO. We do not know her name at this time.
Michael's second marriage was to Maria Ison. Not M.C.'s mother. M.C.'smother was Michael's first wife.
