Aaron T. Rittenhouse

married Sept 9, 1822 to Sarah Nue (Nye) at Germantown, Montgomery Co.,Ohio. Born 1802 in Montgomery Co., son of Garret and Catherine (Sine)Rittnehouse. His great grandfather, William Rittenhouse is reported to have built thefirst paper mill andto have been the first Mennonite minister in America. They moved to Shelby Co., Ind. in 1826 and to Huntington Co, Indiana in 1837.He died there Nov 22, 1855 and she died Feb 14, 1888.

Aaron married Sarah Neu, daughter of John Peter Neu and Juliana Karmeni, on 9 Sep 1822. (Sarah Neu was born on 29 Apr 1805 in OH.)
