Baker, Andrew J. died intestate, Admr., Zebediah Baker. Hiram Rogers, George W. Taylor, and John Brown, 4 March 1851 (B 64) Admr. debonis non, William Kirkman. Heirs are: Roberta Baker, widow of decd. and children, Thomas Baker and two daughters, who names admr. is not able to give. 4 Jan. 1854, Sec., Floid Baker and Charles Hurst. One Zebediah Baker had been admr., but died before having completed the administration. (B257)
