Louis Clifford Guilford

  General Notes:

"Immigrants after 1700" , "The Louis Guilford Line. Louis Guilford came to the United States about the time of the Civil War and fought for the South in the New York City area. All of Louis and Julia's children are deceased except Beatrice Coats who lives in San Pedro, CA. ( This would have been 1980 or so. Vol 1and Vol 2 were published in 1983 ) This family remembers that their name was spelled Guileford until sometime in the1800's.

Louis married Julia Etta Briaer.
