probated June 2, 1757. Found in Will Book I, pp.65-66, King George Co.,
Virginia.

He willed to wife, Susannah, the plantation and dwelling. To son Henry
one Negro man and his rifle gun. To son John one Negro woman and old
gun. To son Moses one Negro man and the plantation during lease. To son
Thomas one Negro man and his little gun. To son Elijah one Negro wench.
To son Daniel one Negro boy. To daughter, Susannah Peyton, wife of James
Peyton, one Negro man. To daughter, Mary Vaughn, wife of Cornelius
Vaughn, one Negro boy. To daughter Elizabeth Threlkeld one Negro girl.
and the will continues, "It is my will that if my wife die before my son
Daniel is of age, then my son Moses take him and his estate with his
care. I appoint my loving wife Susannah and my loving sons Henry, John
and Moses executers of my will."
