33. Abraham³ SHIPMAN (John², Edward¹) was born in Saybrook, New Haven County, Connecticut December 31, 1695.⁽⁴²⁾ Abraham died April 26, 1750 in Saybrook, New Haven County, Connecticut at 54 years of age.⁽⁴³⁾

He married Ruth BUTLER May 9, 1722 in Saybrook, New Haven County, Connecticut.⁽⁴⁴⁾

Abraham SHIPMAN and Ruth BUTLER had the following children:

76 i. Abraham⁴ SHIPMAN was born in Saybrook, New Haven County, Connecticut October 6, 1723.⁽⁴⁵⁾ Abraham died before 1742.

77 ii. Michael SHIPMAN was born in Connecticut circa 1725.

78 iii. Jonathan SHIPMAN was born in Connecticut circa 1727. Jonathan died 1754 at 27 years of age.

+ 79 iv. Temperance SHIPMAN was born circa 1730.

80 v. Mary SHIPMAN was born in Connecticut circa 1732.

81 vi. John SHIPMAN was born in Connecticut circa 1734. John died before 1767.

82 vii. Edmund SHIPMAN was born in Connecticut circa 1736.

83 viii. Ruth SHIPMAN was born in Connecticut circa 1739.

84 ix. Abraham SHIPMAN was born in Connecticut 1742. Abraham died 1819 at 77 years of age.

85 x. Martha SHIPMAN was born 1742.
