On these pages I will show some cemetery photos. Unfortunately I often forget where it is (that really helps..right?) but further research usually finally id's it. Also I always seek help with un-identified photo's. When in haste traveling around with a camera and endless rolls of film..then eventually get it developed ? Most photo's I get on the web look terrible. Naturally one wishes the smallest bytes as possible for web space - bandwidth considerations but my photos seem to 'age' on the web !!!
This is a slow process. From film to scan to editing for web, etc. So check back for updates. On the following are some photos of Cornwall Cemetery in Cornwall,Ct. and cemetery off East Street North in Goshen,Ct. I think I can still id the Goshen ones but needs some map research.---
Guess what? I ftp'd some old maps up and named them the same as my photo images. Grrrrrr....Now need to find them again and re-scan.....So on these pages NOW will just leave some old and new maps and search for photo's again to match maps. Maps here are mostly 1859 and WOW...roads don't even match 2013 !!! Good for snooping out where an old 'wood road' might be in 2013.....
