Compton Mailing List

In February 1998, a small group of web savy Compton researchers established an e-mail list to share Compton genealogy data. 

A web site was been set up to distribute information obtained by members of the Compton mailing list at http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Acres/4730/compton/compton.html  (site is still active)

This List was eventually replaced by the Rootsweb List Server we now use.  The new server allows queries (see below).  Our thanks to Clark Compton for his hard work in starting and maintaining the list servers.
