JANICE MARILYN HAMMOND, daughter of Edwin Brant Hammond and Frances HASSINGER was born 30 September 1930 at Topeka, Kansas. She married Thurman Earl WALKER. He born 30 July 1925 son of Walter and Lucille WALKER of Topeka. He worked at the Veterans Hospital in Topeka. They had two children both born
at Topeka, Kansas.

BEVERLY HAMMOND, daughter of Edwin B. Hammond and Frances HASSINGER was born 31 October 1933 at Topeka, Kansas.  She married Rex Ernest LADNER 5 December 1952. He was born 16 September 1933. Rex graduated from the Kansas State University at Manhattan, Kansas. After graduation he taught school for a short time. He was then employed ba a division of Standard Oil, living in El Paso, Texas and Lima Ohio and is now Personnel Manager of the division in Fort Worth, Texas of Lancaster-Collins. His parents were Ernest Albert Ladner and Cora Ann STEPENSON. They had four children:

DEIDRE ANN HAMMOND, daughter of Dean Aathur Hammond and Mary Margaret McGUIRE was born 27 April 1945 at Beaumont, Texas. She married Walker Lewis CURTIS Jr. 16 June 1967. He was born 23 April 1945 in Atlanta, Georgia. Deidre received her elementary education in Houston, Texas and Atlanta, Georgia and her B.A. Degree from Shorter College in Roma, Georgia.  Walker is the son Dr. Walker Lewis CURTIS and Mary EMMYC of Atlanta, Georgia. At present -1969- she and her husband Walker are studying at Vanderbilt University at Nashville, Tennessee. Deidre is working on her Masters in Library Science. Walker is working on his Masters in Physics. Deidre Ann Hammond appeared in the 1965-66 edition of Who's Who anong the students in American Universities and Colleges from Shorter College.  She graduated Magna Cum Laude in June, 1966. They have had one child:

BARBARA JEAN HAMMOND, daughter of Dean A. Hammond and Mary M. McGUIRE was born 16 May 1947 at Beaumont, Texas. She married Dawson T. HARRIS III 10 June 1966 son of Dawson T. HARRIS and Katherine GATEWOOD. She attended school in Houston, Texas, Atlanta, Georgia, and Memphis, Tennessee. She graduated from Secretarial College in Memphis. They had one child.

WILLIAM HENRY QUINETTE III, son of William Henry Quinette and Janice TRUMP was born 18 January 1926. He married Katherine Jean MOCKETT 31 October 1964 in Ouray, Colorado. She was born 18 June 1933 in San Francisco, California daughter of Paul Hilliker MOCKETT and Luella Marie MARKLEY. Paul H. Mockett was born 7 November 1906 in Kimball, Nebraska and Luella was born 8 November 1905 at Juniata, Nebraska. This couple were married 27 April 1932 in Portland, Oregon. William and Katherine had two children:

JEAN LOUISE QUINETTE, daughter of William H. Quinette III and Janice TRUMP was born 21 April 1927. She married Jack Hurley SMITH 19 August 1950 in Denver, Colorado. He was born 12 April 1919. His name was changed from BYRNE to SMITH when he was thirteen years old. They had three children all brn in

STANTON LUTHER SMITH, son of Martha L. Hammond and Cecil B. SMITH was born 24 April 1939 in Stafford, Kansas. He lived at Sterling, Kansas where he was raising cattle and farming.

PATRICIA FLORENCE COLLINS, daughter of Geraldine Ruth Hammond and Horace Reynolds COLLINS was born 7 June 1943 in San Angelo, Texas. She married Richard Clifton DAVIS 26 June 1965. He was born 15 September 1942. Richard has a Phd. in
Biochemistry and was serving as Captain, Army Medical Center, in Washington, D.C. He graduated from Texas A&M University and received his doctorate in 1967. They had two children.

ADELAIDE MARIE COLLINS, daughter of Geraldine R. Hammond and Horace R. COLLINS was born 23 November 1944 at San Angelo, Texas. She married Steven Roger MALNAR 2 July 1966. He was born 11 February 1941 at Red Wing, Minnesota. Steven is a Data Systems Analyst with IBM. Adelaide is a math Analyst and is programer for the New Mexico Highway Department. Both are graduates of the University of New Mexico. Steven is now (1971) Assistant Director of Data Systems of New Mexico. They had one child.

HAMMOND REYNOLDS COLLINS, son of Geraldine R. Hammond and Horace R. COLLINS was born 5 September 1951 at Camp Roberts, California. He graduated from high school in May 1970.  He will enter Texas A&M or Angelo State University next fall. (1970)
 

ELEANOR MALEN VAUGHAN, daughter of William Gerald VAUGHAN and Ruby Icle LEONARD was born 23 July 1924 in Emmetsburg, Iowa.  She married Gidvert S. GOODMANSON 12 January 1946 at Emmetsburg. He was born 12 Dec 1919 in Emmetsburg. Eleanor is employed at a bank in Lanaboro, Iowa ten miles from Glidden.
She is also organist at the First Methodist Church of Glidden. Gidvert  has been Depot Agent for the Rock Island Railroad for many years. He retired in 1969. Two children:

HELEN VIRGINIA VAUGHAN, daughter of William G. Vaughan and Ruby I. LEONARD was born 4 February 1926 at Emmetsburg, Iowa. She married Eugene Michael LOWE 10 August 1946 at Emmetsburg. He was born 2 November 1921 in St. Joseph, Missouri. Helen is a technician at the Medical Clinic in Bloomfield, Iowa.  Helen and Eugene were divorced 1 August 1966. They had two children. She married La Vaughan HOUSTON 26 July 1969 at Bloomfield, Iowa. He was born 1 November 1916 in Greentop, Missouri.

She was born 30 September 1932 at Iowa City. Phillip is a salesman for the Great Western Hearing Center of Omaha, Nebraska. He travels in Nebraska and Iowa. They were divorced 23 April 1963. Phillip married Dee Ann WEKER 10 September 1965. She was born 14 May 1930 at Osmund, Nebraska. Phillip and Margaret had three children.

He was born 26 April 1937 at Burlington, Iowa. Cynthia and James are both interested in radio. Cynthia was engaged in radio work until Christopher was born. GERALD ALLEN VAUGHAN, son of William G. Vaughan and Ruby I. LEONARD was born 28 February 1939 at Emmetsburg, Iowa.  He married Virginia Ruth DAVIS 2 September 1967. She was born 5 March 1939. Gerald has been in the Real Estate Business for the the last few years. He has now gone into another field of work. Virginia was an airplane hostess. They have no children.
 

MARY PATRICIA VAUGHAN, daughter of James Leonard Vaughan and Mary Margaret Downs WALKER was born 27 October 1929 at Emmetsburg, Iowa. She married Stanley David ANDERSON 14 January 1951 at Eluzner Lutheran Church in Chicago, Illinois. He was born 27 September 1911. Patricia was employed at a jewelry Company in Chicago. Stanley is traveling for a Jewelry or Diamond Company. They had five children:

He was born 9 March 1931 in Emmetsburg. Shirley is a registered nurse and served as such until her marriage.  Donald is a Geologist for the Standard Oil Company.  They have lived in several countries and currently live in Australia. KAREN KAY HAMMOND, daughter of Glenn Hammond and Beatrice Helen WAITE was born 12 February 1939 in Waterloo, Iowa.  She married Larry Lee KELLNER 15 June 1956 at Des Moines, Iowa.  He was born 18 February 1937 at Des Moines.
 

BARBARA PONTO, daughter of Elna Hammond and Bernard PONTO was born 27 November 1939 at Charles City, Iowa. She married Richard A. JOHNSON of rural Blooming Prairie, Minnesota. They had three children. This entire family were killed in an automobile acident 8 September 1969. They are buried in Le Suer River Lutheran Church Cemetery at New Richland, Minnesota.
