Miss Bernice M. Thompson Becomes Mrs. A. D. Swift.

Miss Bernice M. Thompson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Thompson, yesterday morning became the wife of A. D. Swift, cashier of the Elk County National Bank. The wedding ceremony was
performed by the Rev. E. L. McIlvaine, pastor of the First Presbyterian church, at the home of the l bride's parents in the presence of only the immediate families and a few friends.

The parlor where the ceremony took place was decorated with astors and sweet peas. At 9 o'clock the wedding party gathered. The wedding march was played by Miss E. Eirene Gregg, of Kane, a cousin of the bride. Miss Loretta E. McCluskey, of Kane, accompanied the bride, and the groom was supported by his brother, Pemberton R. Swift. At the conclusion of the ceremony breakfast was served and then Mr. and Mrs. Swift departed in E. C. Powell's automobile on a wedding trip. Upon their return they will make their home at 216 Metoxet street. The out of town guests were Miss E. Eirene Gregg, Miss Ethel M. Gregg, Miss Loretta E. McCluskey, of Kane and Mrs. C. A. Kellan, of Costello.- Ridgway Democrat. Miss Thompson was a former resident of Kane and is a very charming young lady. The Repnblican unites with a host of other friends in wishing her and her husband a long and happy life.

Harry married Louise Ferdon Kipp, daughter of David W. Kipp and Sophia Ferdon, on 28-Sep-1893 at Sparkill, Rockland County, New York. Harry Martin Conover died on 1-Oct-1915 at business trip, Burlington, Chittenden County, Vermont, at age 48. He died on 2-Oct-1915 at Burlington, Chittenden County, Vermont, at age 48; he had been at the location of his death for three days. He was found dead in bed. Cause of death acute indigestion. Harry was buried at Mount Hebron Cemetery, Montclair, Essex County, New Jersey.

The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, wore a gown of white mousseline de sole, made with a long train edged with a deep circular flounce. She wore a short veil of mousseline de sole and carried white gladioli and lilies of the valley.

Miss Virginia Swift was maid of honor for her sister. She wore a frock of green chiffon with a horse-hair hat of matching color and carried yellow gladioli. Mrs. Charles C. Leidy, Jr., sister of the bridgegroom, was a matron of honor. She wore a peach-colored chiffon frock with a matching hat, and carried peach-colored gladioli and blue larkspur.

Richard J. Skillman was best man for his brother. The ushers were William Miller, George J. Edwards, 3rd, A. Dean Swift, Jr., John Y. Howson, Philip H. Foote and Charles C. Leidy.

The ceremony was followed by a reception for members of the two families and the bridal party at the home of the bride's parents.
