I, Mrs. Emma Barkalow, the undersigned, residing in Monroe, township, Adams County, Indiana, being of sound mind, and disposing memory, and realizing
the uncertainties of life, do hereby make, publish, and declare the following to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all other wills by me heretofore made.
Item First.
It is my will that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be first paid out of my estate.
Item Second.
After the payment of my debts and funeral expenses, as in Item First of this will provided, then it is my will, and I hereby give, devise, and bequeath one hundred dollars ($100.00) to my beloved sister, Mrs. Nancy Hockenbary, now residing at Oilville, Kansas. If said, Nancy Hockenbary, be dead at my death, then said hundred dollars is hereby bequeathed to Mrs. Tena Lindsey, a daughter of said Nancy Hockenbary.
Item Three.
After the payment of Items one and two, then, it is my will and I hereby give devise, and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate, real, personal, and mixed, to Mrs. Mary Alice Fleetwood, absolutely, and entirely.
