      Paul Spencer Glass was born on 28-Jun-1922 at Grant County, Indiana. He was the son of Marcus Albert Glass and Orie Effie Templeton. Paul Spencer Glass died in Sep-1965 at age 43.

      Mabel Reeder Glass was born on 23-Nov-1893 at Grant County, Indiana. She was the daughter of Oliver Andrew Glass and Flora Mary Reeder. Mabel married Charles Milburn Cross, son of Harley Edward Cross and Zua Eudella Sweet, on 9-Jul-1912 at Wabash County, Indiana. Mabel Reeder Glass died on 1-Feb-1985 at Lafontaine, Wabash County, Indiana, at age 91.
      Mabel Reeder Cross, 91, died at the Shangra-La Nursing Home at 5:55 a. m. today. She was born in Grant County Nov. 23, 1893, to Oliver and Flora (Reeder) Glass. She married Milburn Cross in 1912. He died in 1956.

Surviving are one son, Charles Cross, Lafontaine; three daughters, Mrs. Melvin (Mary Ruth) Arnold, Fort Wayne; Mrs. S. J. (Harriet) Zachwieja, Arcadia, Fla., and Mrs. Arthur (Louise) Warner, Glasgow, Montana.

Also surviving are 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, a brother, Floyd Glass, Fort Ogden, Fla., and a sister, Mrs. Martin (Elizabeth) Fisher, Arcadia, Fla.

She was a life member of the Woman's Christian Temperance Union. She was a member of the Lincolnville United Brethren Church, where services will be at 2 p. m. Tuesday. The Rev. J. C. White will officiate. Burial will be in Center Grove Cemetery, Lincolnville. Friends may call at the Hunter Funeral Home after 2 p. m. Monday.

      Smith Van Cleave Glass was born on 21-Apr-1896 at Fairmount Twp., Grant County, Indiana. He was the son of Oliver Andrew Glass and Flora Mary Reeder. Smith Van Cleave Glass died on 9-Jun-1975 at Wabash, Wabash County, Indiana, at age 79.
      Smith V. Glass, 79, R.R. 4, died at 2:09 p. m. Monday in the Wabash County Hospital. A retired schoolteacher, he had taught in this area for 27 years. He was a member of the National and Indiana Retired Teachers Associations and was affiliated with the Lincolnville United Methodist Church where he was a Sunday Schoolteacher, He was a World War I Veteran.

Born April 17, 1896, in Grant County, he was the son of Oliver and Flora M. (Reeder) Glass. He is survived by two brothers, Walter, Huntington, and Floyd, Lincolnville; and two sisters, Mrs. Milburn Cross, Lincolnville, and Mrs. Martin (Elizabeth) Fisher, Arcadia, Florida. Several nephews and nieces also survive.

Services will be in the Lincolnville United Methodist Church Thursday at 2 p. m. with Harold Ulrey officiating. Burial will be at Center Grove Cemetery, Lincolnville. Friends may call at the Hunter Funeral Home, Lafontaine, after 2 p. m.Wednesday.

      Floyd Oliver Glass, 88, died at 8:20 p. m. Wednesday at Shangra-La Healthcare Center. He was born April 24, 1898, in Grant county to Oliver and Flora (Reeder) Glass.

A retired schoolteacher, he lived most of his life in Wabash County. He was a graduate of Indiana Central College and a member of the Indiana Retired Teachers Association and the Lincolnville United Methodist Church.

Surviving is one sister, Mrs. Martin (Elizabeth) Fisher, Hebron. One sister and three brothers are deceased.

Services will be at 10 a. m. Saturday at the Hunter Funeral Home, Lafontaine. The Rev. J. C. White will officiate. Burial will be in Center Grove Cemetery, Lincolnville. Friends may call after 5 p. m. Friday at the funeral home.

      Eva Louise Griffiths was born on 30-Jan-1900 at Polk Twp., Huntington County, Indiana. She was the daughter of Samuel Griffiths and Margaret Kilty. Eva married Walter Dealy Glass, son of Oliver Andrew Glass and Flora Mary Reeder, on 26-Dec-1923 at Lincolnville, Wabash County, Indiana. Eva Louise Griffiths died on 29-Sep-1979 at Huntington, Huntington County, Indiana, at age 79.
      Mrs. Eva L. Glass, 79, Rt. 7, died at 11:55 a. m. Saturday (Sept. 29, 1979) at Miller's Merry Manor. She was a member of Pilcher's Chapel United Methodist Church, the woman's society of the church, and was a former schoolteacher, and a member of the Lancaster Township Extension Homemakers Club.
Mrs. Glass was born Jan. 30, 1900, in Polk Township to Samuel and Margaret (Kilty) Griffiths. Her marriage was Dec.26, 1923, to Walter Glass, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Robert Glass, Fort Wayne, and DeWayne Glass, North Manchester; three daughters, Mrs. Paul (Maxine) Olson, Bloomfield Hills, Mich., Mrs. A. E. (Margaret) Gall, Cary, Ill., and Mrs. Verie (Shirley) Lima, Allen, Texas. Thirteen Grandchildren also survive. One brother and two sisters are deceased.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p. m. Monday at Deal and Robbins Funeral Home, where services will be at 2 p. m. on Tuesday with Rev. Tony Brooks officiating. Burial will be in Monument City Memorial Cemetery.

Sarah Boice Nelson died on 26-Sep-2004 at Atlantic City Medical Center, Pomona, Atlantic County, New Jersey, at age 94.
      HENISS, SARAH NELSON, 94 - of Egg Harbor City, passed away Sunday, September 26,2004 at the Atlantic City Medical Center in Pomona. She was born in Pleasantville, and was a lifelong resident of Atlantic County. She worked for NJ Bell Telephone Company prior to her retirement. Mrs. Heniss was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America, Zion Lutheran Church, the Lutheran Home Auxiliary, Deborah Hospital Foundation, and the AARP.

Widow of the late Charles (Sparky) Heniss, daughter of the late Raymond (Ike) and Rosella (Conover) Nelson. Predeceased by sisters, Belva Dolquiest, Mildred Adams, and Mamie Helder, brothers, Maurice (Whiff) Nelson, Raymond Nelson, and Claude Nelson.

She is survived by: nieces, Edythe Nelson, and Shirley Helder, nephews: Maurice Nelson, Charles Helder, and Claude Nelson (Donna), and sister-in-law Edythe Nelson Aldridge.
