Census, Henry County, Mo. Living with son John,
Came to Missouri about 1833 and located in Pettis County where they lived 3 years. Moved to Rives (now Henry Co) in 1836 and settled on Deepwater Creek on what was later called the Stone Farm. He later entered, in company with his brother Robert, all the timberland on Camp Branch and they both built houses and remained there the rest of their lives. July 28, 1880 at the age of 71.
