This day John Cox James Cox and Marvel Hill Executors of the last Will and Testament of Curd Cox ___ appeared in open Court in obedience to the ____ heretofore issued to them from the Court upon the petition of John Rhodes and Polly his wife and thereupon the said John Rhodes having intended to bonds with Matthew Rhodes, T. R. Grills and Wm B. Coupland his securities  as the law de___ ___ ___ cases and the Court being satisfied with said bond It is therefore Ordered that the Clerk of this Court Certify to the Clerk of the Circuit Court within five days the paper ___ purporting to be the last will and testament of Curd Cox decd with the transcript of the record of this Court Concerning ___ ____ to the end that an issue of __visavit __ now be made up in Said Circuit Court to try the validity of said last will and testament as prayed for the petition of said John Rhodes and Polly his wife
