Marvel Hill & John Cox Exects (Executors)

        vs

John Rhodes & wife

It appearing to the Satisfaction of the Court that the case of Marvel Hill and John Cox Executors of the last Will and testament of Curd Cox deceased against John Rhodes and wife upon a contest of the will of said Curd Cox decd has been adjusted in the Circuit Court of Green? County Tennessee and the paper writing adjudgement by said County to be the last will and testament of the said Curd Cox dec and it having been ordered by the said Circuit Court that a copy of the proceedings in said Court in said cause should be certified and transmitted to this Court, for further proceedings in the premises. It is therefore ordered by the Court that said Copy of the proceedings of the Circuit Court in said Cause be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court and that said paper writing be adjudged to be the last will and testament of Curd Cox deceased that said  will together with its probate be entered of Record and it is further ordered by this Court Not the defendants John Rhodes and Polly Rhodes together with Matthew Rhodes, T.K. Grills?, & Wm B. Copeland their securities for the prosecution of them and pay the costs which have accrued on part of the plaintiffs in this cause for which Execution may issue.
