The last Will and Testament of Curd Cox late of Knox County deceased have been provein and admitted to Record the last term of May Court in which John Cox, James Cox and Marvel Hill are appointed executors, whereupon came into open Court to have Marvel Hill and John Cox two of __ executors appointed in said Will and entered into hand with L. H. Cox Richardson Cox James Cox and Moses Cox as their securities in the final sum of ten thousand dollars and were duly qualified as such and thereupon Letters Testamentary were awarded and ___.
