This day came the ___ by their attornies  and whereupon cause also a Jury to wit ____  Elliot?, Henry Closs,  John Brown, ___ Rhea, James ___, John D___, ____ ___, Wm Bell, ____ ____, Thomas Hall, Jeremiah Tinsdale, & Jacob Bishop who being ___ ___ and sworn the truth to speak on this matter of controversy  between the parties on this do find for the Pltf? Twelve Dollars Damages. _____ it is considered by this County that the County recover against the Defendant his damages aforesaid in ___ ____ afsign and ___ his costs by __ in his behalf __ to be ___ of the goods and chattels profits and credits of the said Defendant. in the hands of the said Excrs to be administered.
