Walter Avis vs Curd Cox

Be it remembered that on the ninth day of February 1805 ___ Respondant was found commanding the Sheriff of Knox County to take the body of Curd Cox to answer Walter Alvis in a Plea of Tresspass on the ease to the Damage of said Walter Two hundred dollars

And now at this day to Wit at a Court held by the Justices of the Court of Pleas and Quarters ___ for the County of Knox the Court house in Knoxville on the 2^nd Monday of April One Thousand eight hundred and five the Plaintiff not ____ executing  his ____ that this be dismissed.
