David Bowers } Know all men by
these presents that I Clem Cox of the district and State aforesaid for and in
consideration of the sume of one hundred and twelve dollars to me in hand paid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained Sold aliened and
conveyed and by these presents do bargain Sell alien and convey unto David
Bowen of the District and State aforesaid one eighth of one fifth part of John
Bowers deceased right and Interest in and to all the real Estate of David
Bowere deceased in right of my wife as one of the heirs of Said John Bowers deceased
and I do by these presents warrant and f[?] defend the right aforesaid unto the
Said David Bowers his heirs and assigns forever against myself and my heirs
only~
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and Seal this 17th day of June 1831.
