APPLICATION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION

County of Boone In the Probate Court of Boone County
In the Matter of Dudley Winscott's Estate.
Mary Ann Winscott says that to the best of her knowledge
and belief, the names of the heirs of the said Dudley Winscott
deceased, and their places of residence, are respectively as follows:
Mary Ann Winscott, widow resides in the County of Boone in the State of Mo.
Geo. W Winscott who resides in the County of Boone in the State of Mo.
Ambrose Winscott who resides in the County of Monroe in the State of Mo.
Willis Winscott who resides in the County of Audrain in the State of Mo.
Ann E Beard who resides in the County of Audrain in the State of Mo.
Polly Ann Winscott who resides in the County of Boone in the State of Mo.
Almarinda March who resides in the County of Scotland in the State of Mo.
Rachel Tillotson who resides in the County of __ in the State of California.
Lucretia March who resides in the County of __ in the State of California.
That the said Dudley Winscott died without a will, that They? Will make 
a perfect inventory of, and faithfully adminster all the estate of the
deceased, and pay the debts as far as the assets will extend and the laws
direct, and account for and pay all assets which shall come to her possession
or knowledge.

and we, Cary A. Ward and Jas. M. Angell
as securities, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri in the full
and just sum of Five hundred Dollars, In the payment whereof, well, and truly to be made, we bind our-
selves, our heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, jointly and severally,
firmly by these presents, sealed with these seals, and dated at Columbia, Mo.,
this 17th day of Jany 1877.
