Enoch M Boon and Lucy his wife forming themselves and their heirs ... that they the said Enoch M Boone and Lucy his wife will warrant and defend the said bargain and sold Premises from themselves their heirs & and from all the Person or persons claiming under them In Testimony whereof we have both hereto set our hands and seals the day & year above Written. April 1805 - Henry Co KY At A Court called at Henry Courthouse for Henry and held on Monday the first day of April 1805 for the exami nation of Benjamin Green of this County for having feloniously stolen taken and carried away one Hog the Property of Abraham Wainscott of this County of the value of three Dollars and fifty Cents against the Peace & diginity of this Commonwealth and the _________ Present, Saml. McKinley, Js. Dodd, Geo. Calhoon, Isaac Forbis, and Thomas H. Peck ___________ The said Benjamin Green being set before the bar in the Custody of the Sheriff and charged and asked whether he is guilty of the felony aforesaid in manner and form aforesaid says he is not guilty, thereof, whereupon sundry Witnesses were sworn & Examined at will on behalf of the CoWealth as the said Ben Green the Court after considering the Circumstances are of Opinion that the said Ben Green is not guilty as in Pleading he hath alledged And that he be discharged out of Custody. Sep. 1809 Inventory of personal property of Isaac Green, Caty Green Administrator. 14 Nov. 1810 Appraisal of the estate of Caty Green, deceased. Appraisers: Isaac Malin, Jno. Williams, and Is. Wainscot. 14 Nov. 1810 Sale at public auction of the estate of Caty Green. Abraham Wainscott, Administrator. Dec. 1810 Approval of inventory and appraisal, estate of Caty Green. Apparently Caty left two minor children, daughters, Rebecca and Spicy. There are guardianship papers. At this time, it is unknown how of if they are related to the Wainscott's or were family friends or neighbors.
