		Talbot County }  This Indenture made and entered into this
				 this the twenty third day of January
		in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred 
		and thirty three between Meredith Curlee of the one part
		and Isaac Darby of the other part both of the County and
		State aforesaid Witnesseth that the said Meredith Curlee of
		the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Five
		hundred dollars to him in hand paid hath this day bargained
		sold and conveyed unto the said Isaac Darby his heirs & assigns
		all that tract or parcel of land situate lying & being in the
		twenty second district of originally Muscogee but now
		Talbot County known and distinguished in the plan of said
		district by the number one hundred and thirty eight
		To have and to hold all and singular the rights & numbers
		and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise apper
		taining and the said Meredith Curlee for himself his heirs
		and assigns the aforesaid premises do warrant & defend
		in fee simple forever from the right of himself and from
		of right of any other person  In testimony whereof the
		said Meredith Curlee hath hereunto set his hand & affirm
		his seal the day and year above written.

				Personally came before Henry Lee
		who being duly sworn deposith & saith that he saw
