Richard II was born 25 July 1777 and was the husband of Nancy Roberts

Alfred Wainscott was appointed Administrator

 I Alfred Winscott Administrator of the Estate of Richard Winscott deceased do swear that the forgoing is a full inventory.......

 An Inventory of the property of Richard Winscot Deceased of all the property Real and personal ist the real estate the E. ½ Containing 90. 74½/100 of an acre ------ 2nd the S.W. qr of the N.W. qr of Section two of 50 Range 12 Containing 45 37/100 of an acre 3rd the S.W. qr of the S.E. qr of Section 35 T 51 Range 12 Containing 40 acres.

 One note on Jordan Winscot for eight Dollars Given Feb the 23rd 1838 Due one day after date Baring ten per Cent from Due the Paid

 One note on Dudley Winscot for Seventeen Dollars and 25 Cents Given the 31st day of January 1838. Due one day after date baring ten per Cent from Due til paid

 One note on William M Roberts for twenty Dollars and fifty Cents Given the 2nd day of aprile 1838 Due one day after date bearing ten per Cent from due til paid

 One note on Alfred Winscot & William M. Roberts for twenty six Dollars bearing ten per Cent interest from the last of oct 1838 til paid

 One note on Alfred Winscot for twenty Dollars Given Jan the 12th 1838 Due one day after date bearing ten per Cent from Due til paid

 One note on Alfred Winscot & Aerial Jennings for four Dollars due twelve months after date given the 10th day of Sept 1838
