WILLIAM AND JACKSON CURLEE DEED

Russell County

	To all and to whom These presents shall concern Greeting Know ye that I
William Curlee for and in Consideration of the sum of Two and in hand paid by Jackson
Curlee have this day granted bargained sold and released and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and release unto the said Jackson Curlee all that tract or parcel of Land
to wit Two hundred and forty acres lying and being in The State of Alabama and Russell County
and in the north half of Section Seventeen 17 and Township nineteen 19 of Range Twenty Eight 28
also the South East quarter of Section 7 Township nineteen 19 of Range Twenty Eight 28
also the South half of the South West Quarter of Section Eight 8 of Township nineteen 19
of Range twenty Eight 28 To have and to hold all and singular the above names tracts of Land
making Four hundred and Eighty acres be the same more or less the rights privileges _____ ___
_____ and appurtances, thereunto belonging or in any wise incident thereto becoming and I the
Said William Curlee of the County and State Aforesaid as by these presents bind myself
my heirs, Executors and administrators to warrant and forever defend the aforesaid Land
unto Jackson Curlee of the State and County aforesaid his heirs or assigns forever
against all or any person or persons lawfully claiming the Same or any part
Thereof in Testimony whereof I William Curlee have hereunto assign my name and affixed my
this the twelfth 12 day of January in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight
hundred and forty one 1841

	The State of Alabama } Before me Nathan Aldridge an acting Justice of the
	Russell County       } Peace in and for said County Personally came Wiley O.
			       Harrington and upon oath saith that he Saw Wm Curlee
sign seal and deliver the within deed unto Jackson Curlee and also saith that he saw
Floid Curlee the other subscribing Witness Subcribe to the Same Sworn to and Subscribed
before me This 22nd day of July 1841--
