 Notes for LEWIS OSBORNE:

Lewis and Lula are buried in Gap Hill cemetary, Carroll Co., KY. Gap Hill was formerly a city cemetary. It is located near Camp Kysoc and General Butler State Park. There was once a "Pest House" there and for a time, it was a pauper's cemetary. There is also a black section. Some of the oldest graves in Carroll County were moved from an older city graveyard in Carrollton. The Gap Hill cemetary is no longer in use.
