Jesse1 Schultz (149-30) was born in October 1809 in Pennsylvania.1 He was also listed as being born, incorrectly, circa 1811-1812 in Pennsylvania.2 He married Catherine Godshalk, daughter of Herman Godshalk and Mary Clemens Stauffer, on 4 September 1841.3 He was a shoemaker in 1850.4 He lived in 1850 in Norriton twp., Montgomery co., Pa.5 He died in March 1863 at age 53 years.6 He was buried in St. Vincent Reformed Cemetery, East Vincent twp., Chester co., Pa.7

2. Jacob2 Schultz (149-10) was born on 17 June 1774.8 He married Magdalena Gerhard, daughter of Peter Gerhard and Susanna Seibt (59-3), on 11 April 1799. The Rev. George Kriebel officiated at the ceremony.9 He was a miller.10 On 22 August 1850, he was also recorded as Jacob Schults.11 He died on 9 April 1855 at age 80 years, 9 months and 23 days.12

3. Magdalena2 Gerhard was born on 31 August 1768.13 She married Jacob Schultz (149-10), son of Christopher Schultz (149-3) and Maria Yeakel, on 11 April 1799. The Rev. George Kriebel officiated at the ceremony.14 She died on 1 March 1839 at age 70 years and 6 months.15

4. Christopher3 Schultz (149-3)16 was born on 7 October 1746.17,18 He married Maria Yeakel, daughter of Hans Heinrich Jäckel (E 45; 38-5) and Susanna Heydrick (E 126), on 25 April 1771. The ceremony was conducted by the Rev. Christopher Schultz.19,20 He was a farmer.21 He and Maria lived in Upper Hanover twp., Montgomery co., Pa.22 He died on 10 September 1830 at age 83 years, 11 months and 3 days.23,24

5. Maria3 Yeakel25,26 was born on 2 October 1748.27,28,29 She married Christopher Schultz (149-3), son of George Scholtze (E 55; 149-2) and Anna Hoffman (E 102), on 25 April 1771. The ceremony was conducted by the Rev. Christopher Schultz.30,31 She and Christopher lived in Upper Hanover twp., Montgomery co., Pa.32 She died on 20 August 1832 at age 83 years, 10 months and 18 days.33,34

6. Peter3 Gerhard was born in 1736 in Germany.35 He married Susanna Seibt (59-3), daughter of Christopher Seibt (E 60; 59-1) and Rosina Hoffman (E 103).36 He died on 20 May 1791 at age 55 years.37

7. Susanna3 Seibt (59-3)38 was born on 7 May 1745.39 She married Peter Gerhard.40 She died on 9 January 1822 at age 76 years, 8 months and 2 days.41

8. George4 Scholtze (E 55; 149-2)42 was born on 8 February 1710.43 Another source said that he was born around Candlemas, 1710. Candlemas is the feast of the purification of the Virgin Mary, celebrated on 2 February.44 He was baptized on 9 February 1710. The sponsors were Adam Krausze, Melchior Herrmann and Regina Jäckelin.45 He fled with his parents Balthasar Scholtze and Susanna Dietrich on 27 April 1726 from Salesia to Saxony.46 He immigrated with Susanna Dietrich in 1734 to Pennsylvania.47 He married Anna Hoffman (E 102), daughter of Rev Baltasar Hoffman (E 28;106-2) and Ursula Beier, in the presence of witnesses and elders on 3 May 1737.48 He was a farmer.49 He and Anna lived in 1737 on a farm, Upper Hanover twp., Philadelphia co, now Montgomery co, Pa.50,51 He was a weaver in October 1748 according to the Will of Hans Bauer.52 He was named the executor under the Will of his friend Hans Bauer dated 27 October 1748.53 He deeded 150 acres of land left to them in the Will of their father in Colebrookdale twp., Philadelphia co., Pa, to Michael Bauer and Abraham Bauer on 6 April 1749. He acted in his capacity as executor of the Will.54 He was naturalized on 10 April 1760.55 He died on 21 March 1784 at age 74 years, 1 month and 13 days.56 He was buried in Washington Schwenkfelder Cemetery, Pa.57

9. Anna4 Hoffman (E 102) was born in 1712.58 She married George Scholtze (E 55; 149-2), son of Balthasar Scholtze and Susanna Dietrich, in the presence of witnesses and elders on 3 May 1737.59 She and George lived in 1737 on a farm, Upper Hanover twp., Philadelphia co, now Montgomery co, Pa.60,61 She died on 16 January 1796 at age 84 years.62

10. Hans Heinrich4 Jäckel (E 45; 38-5)63 was born on 19 February 1708.64 He was also known as Johannes Heinrich Jäckel.65 He was baptized on 20 February 1708 The sponsors were Melchior Krübel, Melchior Rotmann, Rosina Ludwig, Anna Bormann and Barbara Beer.66 He married Susanna Heydrick (E 126), daughter of Melchior Heydrick and Barbara (--?--), either 1733 or 1735 in Pennsylvania. They were married in the presence of witnesses and elders. Christopher Schultz, in 1774, wrote that Hans jalopies was married at time of his immigration; another source says 1735.67 He immigrated with his father David Jäckel (E 38) in 1734 to Pennsylvania.68 He died on 21 December 1781 at age 73 years, 10 months and 2 days.69 He was buried in Yeakle Private Cemetery, in Hosensack, Lower Milford Township, now Lehigh co., Pa.

11. Susanna4 Heydrick (E 126) was born on 19 September 1710.70 She married Hans Heinrich Jäckel (E 45; 38-5), son of David Jäckel (E 38) and Susanna Heydrick, either 1733 or 1735 in Pennsylvania. They were married in the presence of witnesses and elders. Christopher Schultz, in 1774, wrote that Hans jalopies was married at time of his immigration; another source says 1735.71 She died on 23 September 1793 at age 83 years and 4 days.72 She was buried in Yeakle Private Cemetery, in Hosensack, Lower Milford Township, now Lehigh co., Pa.73

14. Christopher4 Seibt (E 60; 59-1)74,75 immigrated with his parents David Seibt (E 59) and Judith Reinwald (E 163) in 1734 to Pennsylvania.76 He married Rosina Hoffman (E 103), daughter of Rev Baltasar Hoffman (E 28;106-2) and Ursula Beier, on 16 November 1742. The Rev Baltasar Hoffman (E 28;106-2) officiated at the ceremony.77 He was naturalized on 24 September 1745 a subject of the British Crown.78 He and Rosina lived probably in Towamencin twp., Montgomery co., Pa.79 He died on 8 May 1748. He was buried in Towamencin Schwenkfelder Cemetery, Towamencin, Montgomery co., Pa.80

15. Rosina4 Hoffman (E 103)81 was born on 21 December 1718 in Nieder Harpersdorf, Salesia.82 She was also known as Rosanna Hoffman.83 She was baptized on 23 December 1718.84 She fled with her parents Rev Baltasar Hoffman (E 28;106-2) and Ursula Beier in 1726 from Vienna by way of Prague to Lausitz.85 She immigrated with her parents Rev Baltasar Hoffman (E 28;106-2) and Ursula Beier in 1734 to Pennsylvania.86 She married Christopher Seibt (E 60; 59-1), son of David Seibt (E 59) and Judith Reinwald (E 163), on 16 November 1742. The Rev Baltasar Hoffman (E 28;106-2) officiated at the ceremony.87 She and Christopher lived probably in Towamencin twp., Montgomery co., Pa.88 She married Christoph Jäckel (38-1), son of David Jäckel (E 38) and Susanna Heydrick, on 30 May 1751. The Rev Baltasar Hoffman (E 28;106-2) officiated at the ceremony.89 She died on 14 June 1788 at age 69 years, 5 months and 24 days.90 Her funeral sermon was preached by George Kriebel from Isaiah 3:14-15.91 She was buried in Kraussdale Schwenkfelder Cemetery.92

16. Balthasar5 Scholtze was born circa 28 October 1679.93 He lived in Nieder Harpersdorf, Salesia.94 He married Susanna Dietrich, daughter of Balthasar Dietrich and Barbara (--?--), on 15 January 1709.95 He and Susanna fled on 27 April 1726 from Salesia to Saxony with their children George, Gregorius, Anna, Susanna, Maria and Barbara Scholtze (E 153; 199-1).96 He died on 28 November 1726 in Herrnhut, Saxony, at age 47 years and 1 month.97 He was also reported to have died incorrectly in 1727 in Saxony, Germany.98 He was buried on 2 December 1726 in Herrnhut, Saxony.99

17. Susanna5 Dietrich was born on 13 March 1690.100 She married Balthasar Scholtze, son of Matthias Scholtze, on 15 January 1709.101 She and Balthasar fled on 27 April 1726 from Salesia to Saxony with their children George, Gregorius, Anna, Susanna, Maria and Barbara Scholtze (E 153; 199-1).102 She immigrated in 1734 to Pennsylvania.103 She died on 23 February 1765 at age 74 years, 11 months and 10 days.104

18. Rev Baltasar5 Hoffman (E 28;106-2) married Ursula Beier, daughter of Eva (--?--).105 He was born in 1687 in Harpersdorf, Principality of Liegnitz, Salesia.106 He was described as being a tall man, rather slender, his face longish and thin; and after his 50th birthday his hair grew entirely white.107 He was from his early years a follower of the religious principles of Casper Schwenkfeld.108 He was employed as a weaver in Harpersdorf, especially in the winter.109 He was also employed as a day laborer, especially in the summer.110,111 He and Ursula fled by night in 1726 from Vienna by way of Prague to Lausitz . Their daughters and his father accompanied them.112 He sold for eighty dollars his house, which was located between the properities of Christopher Miller and John Christoph Nadler in Upper Berthelsdorf, Salesia, on 24 April 1734. David Weber purchased the property.113 He and Ursula immigrated in 1734 to Pennsylvania.114 He and Ursula lived after 1734 in Lower salic twp., Philadelphia co., now Montgomery co, Pa.115 He officiated at the wedding of Rosina Hoffman (E 103) and Christopher Seibt (E 60; 59-1) on 16 November 1742.116 He officiated at the wedding of Casper Seibt (E164; 59-2) and Rosina Yeakel (E 109) on 27 November 1750.117 He officiated at the wedding of Rosina Hoffman (E 103) and Christoph Jäckel (38-1) on 30 May 1751.118 He died on 11 July 1775 at age 88 years.119 He was buried on 14 July 1775 in Salford Schwenkfelder Cemetery, in Lower Salford twp., in Philadelphia co. now Montgomery co, Pa.120

19. Ursula5 Beier married Rev Baltasar Hoffman (E 28;106-2), son of Christopher Hoffman and Ursula Anders (106).121 She was born circa 1686.122 She and Baltasar fled by night in 1726 from Vienna by way of Prague to Lausitz . Their daughters and his father accompanied them.123 She and Baltasar immigrated in 1734 to Pennsylvania.124 She and Baltasar lived after 1734 in Lower salic twp., Philadelphia co., now Montgomery co, Pa.125 She died on 15 May 1767 at age 81 years.126 She was buried in Salford Schwenkfelder Cemetery, in Lower Salford twp., in Philadelphia co. now Montgomery co, Pa.127

20. David5 Jäckel (E 38) married Susanna Heydrick. He was born circa 1659.128 He lived before 1734 in Nieder Harpersdorf, Salesia.129 He immigrated in 1734 to Pennsylvania.130 He was buried probably in Macungie, Lehigh co., Pa.131

21. Susanna5 Heydrick married David Jäckel (E 38). She died before 1734.132

22. Melchior5 Heydrick married Barbara (--?--).

23. Barbara5 (--?--) married Melchior Heydrick.

28. David5 Seibt (E 59) was born on 14 June 1699.133 He married Judith Reinwald (E 163), daughter of Melchior Reinwald, on 28 August 1714.134 He and Judith lived in Armenruh, Salesia.135 He and Judith immigrated in 1734 to Pennsylvania with their three children. Only two of these three children are known.136 He wrote a letter on 20 December 1734 to his brother in Germany. He gave his impressions on Pennsylvania, the food, the clergy, the voyage to America, things needed on the journey and other things.137 He was naturalized on 21 June 1743 in Pennsylvania as a subject of the British Crown.138 He sold 135 acres of farmland in Towamencin twp., Montgomery co., Pa, to Casper Seibt (E164; 59-2) in 1750. This land was owned, in 1920, by Charles Trumbore and Jonas Kriebel. This was his homestead, which he conveyed to his son.139 He died on 24 November 1765 at age 66 years, 5 months and 10 days.140 He was buried in Towamencin Schwekfelder Cemetery, Towamencin twp., Montgomery co., Pa.141

29. Judith5 Reinwald (E 163) was born on 16 April 1701.142 She married David Seibt (E 59), son of Christopher Seibt, on 28 August 1714.143 She and David lived in Armenruh, Salesia.144 She and David immigrated in 1734 to Pennsylvania with their three children. Only two of these three children are known.145 She died on 13 September 1775 at age 74 years, 4 months and 28 days.146 She was buried in Towamencin Schwekfelder Cemetery, Towamencin, Montgomery co., Pa.147

32. Matthias6 Scholtze was born on Invocavit Sunday 11 March 1612.148 He died in 1682 in Lower Harpersdorf, Dukedom of Liegnitz, Salesia, at age 70 years.149

35. Barbara6 (--?--) married Balthasar Dietrich.

36. Christopher6 Hoffman married Ursula Anders (106). He was born circa 1651.150 He died on 14 October 1735 in Saxony at age 84 years.151 He was buried on 16 October 1735 with a funeral sermon.152

37. Ursula6 Anders (106) married Christopher Hoffman. She immigrated to Philadelphia, Philadelphia co., Pa, with her sons arriving on 22 September 1734.153 She died on 27 September 1734 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia co., Pa.154
