15. Maud Alexandra Victoria Georgina Bertha³ Duff (Louise Victoria² Wettin, Albert Edward¹) was born in Richmond Park, Surrey 3 April 1893.⁽¹⁴⁹⁾ Maud died 14 December 1945 London, Middlesex, England, at 66 years of age.⁽¹⁵⁰⁾

She married Charles Alexander Bannerman Carnegie 11th Earl of Southesk, Lord Carnegie of Kinnaird and Leuchars, Baron Balinhard of Farnell at Guard's Chapel, Wellington, London, Middlesex, England, 12 November 1923. Charles was born Edinburgh, Scotland 23 September 1893. Charles was the son of Charles Noel Carnegie and Ethel Mary Elizabeth Bannerman. Charles died 16 February 1992 at Kinnaird Castle, near Brechin, Angus, Scotland, at 98 years of age. At 35 years of age Charles became the father of James George Alexander Bannerman Carnegie 3rd Duke of Fife 1929. He resided at Kinnaird Castle, near Brechin, Angus, Scotland in 1985.⁽¹⁵¹⁾ He was educated at Eton and Sandhurst. He served as a major in the Scots Guards.⁽¹⁵²⁾

She was christened at Queen's Chapel, St. James Palace, London, Middlesex, England, 22 June 1893.⁽¹⁵³⁾ At 36 years of age Maud became the mother of James George Alexander Bannerman Carnegie 3rd Duke of Fife 1929.
