Wednesday Rites Set For Mrs. Stewart, 84

Okla Pearl Cawood (29 July 1895 - 26 November 1979)

Funeral services for Okla Pearl Austin Stewart, 84, formerly of 1215 W. 10th [Stillwater, Oklahoma], will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Strode Funeral Home Chapel.

She died Monday, Nov. 26, 1979, at the age of 84, in Stillwater Nursing Center.

The Rev. Danford Hall and the Rev. Byron Wayman will officiate. Intermnet will be in Fairlawn Cemetery.

She was born at Orlando, Indian Territory, July 29, 1895, the daughter of William Albert and Maggie Cawood.

She was married to Robert Dee Austin in Stillwater on July 3, 1911. He died May 7, 1946. She married David Stewart in 1952 at Ponca City [Oklahoma]. He predeceased her in 1957.

She is also predeceased by two grandsons, David E. Hall ["David Edsel Hall"], and Montie Amstutz.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Edsel (Juanita) Hall of Rt. 3, and Mrs. Ercell Amstutz of Tulsa; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren, and a brother, Howard Cawood of Perry.

Daryl Hall, Martin Hall, Donavan Hall, Robert Sitton, Robert Sutton, and Scott Myers, grandsons and great-grandsons will be pallbearers.
