1038 vi.
Amanda C. Geyer was born on 25 Sep 1848 in Ohio.
(1205) Her birth date would calculate as 1 Sep per information on
her headstone which is difficult to read. Her age of 1 in the 1850 census would
suggest that her birth year was 1848. She appeared on the census on 17 Sep 1850
in home of parent. She died on 13 Jul 1854 in Muskingum County, Ohio.
(1206) The cemetery listing gives her death date as 13 Jul 1851 and
her age at death was 5y 10m 12d. Since she was only 1 year old in the 1850 census,
it appears that her death year was 1854 or the age was wrong. Personal observation
suggests that the death year is questionable. Conclusion: she died 13 Jul 1854.
She was buried in Bethel Cemetery, Highland Township, Muskingum County, Ohio.
