W. T. Whitaker, 33, Dies At His Home

 

W. Turner WHITAKER, 33, of Owens Cross Roads, died yesterday at 5 p.m. at his home.

 

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sue Neil WHITAKER; two daughters, Nancy Lou WHITAKER and Ida Belle WHITAKER; his parents, Mr. And Mrs. R. D. WHITAKER; one sister, Mrs. J. M. HORNBUCKLE; three brothers, Homer WHITAKER and Ollie WHITAKER of Owens Cross Roads, and Jamie WHITAKER of Chicago.

 

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday from the Owens Cross Roads Methodist Church, with the Rev. Roy STONE officiating.  Burial in the Moon Cemetery will be directed by Butler Brothers Funeral Home of New Hope.

 

Pallbearers will be Verbon SAINT, Elmer McDONALD, Billy PRITCHETT and Leon MARTIN.
