Samuel Monroe Boldin

 

A funeral for Samuel Monroe BOLDIN, 68, 2603 Lowery St., SW. will be Friday at 3 p.m. at the Big Cove Holiness Church with Rev. Mitchell DRAKE officiating.  Burial will be in Moon Cemetery.

 

Mr. Boldin died Wednesday afternoon at the Huntsville Hospital, after a lengthy Illness.

 

Survivors include three daughters; Mrs. Bertie MUELLER, Huntsville, and Mrs. Mamie BURKE, and Mrs. Sue SAKI, both of Chicago; six sons; James T. BOLDIN, Melbourne, Fla., Percy E. BOLDIN, Huntsville, Paul L. BOLDIN, Ardmore, Tenn., Monroe J. BOLDIN, Ardmore, Lloyd BOLDIN, Big Cove, and Floyd BOLDIN, Huntsville; seven sisters; Mrs. Carrie JONES and Mrs. Annie SANDERS, Huntsville, Mrs. Mattie LIPSCOMB, Mrs. Geneva SHARP and Mrs. Evie LEDBETTER, Lacey’s Spring; Mrs. Juanuta PAYNE, Titusville, Fla., Mrs. Maude DUDLEY, Val Monte Springs, Ala.; four brothers; George BOLDIN, Huntsville, Bill BOLDIN, Jonesboro, Ark., Wilson BOLDIN, Hartselle, S. O. BOLDIN, Lacey’s Spring, and Fred BOLDIN, Lacey’s Spring; 34 grandchildren.

 

Pallbearers will be Gene Paul DUDLEY, Leon DUDLEY, Leroy BOLDIN, Lugene BOLDIN, Joe BOLDIN and Len BOLDIN.

 

The body will be at Spry Funeral Home until the time for the service.
