Funeral services for Mrs. Tommie Schrimsher SUBLETT, 62, of Route 1, Owens Cross Roads, will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. from the Owens Cross Roads Methodist Church, with the Rev. Jack CAIN and the Rev. Harry MULLINS officiating.

 

Burial will follow in Moon Cemetery.

 

Mrs. Sublett, a lifelong resident of Madison County, died this morning at her residence after a long illness.  She was a member of the Beech Grove Methodist Church.

 

Surviving are the widower, Lloyd C. SUBLETT; one daughter, Mrs. C. O. BAKER Jr. of Route 4, Huntsville; one son, Thomas L. SUBLETT of Route 1, Owens Cross Roads, eight sisters, Mrs. Howard McKINNEL [McKINNEY], Mrs. Charles WILLIAMS and Mrs. J. C. WALLS, all of Owens Cross Roads, Miss Nancy Sue SCHRIMSHER, Mrs. John CARSON and Mrs. Elizabeth PRICE, all of Huntsville, Mrs. W. A. TRUE of Brownsboro, and Mrs. W. R. SCHRIMSHER of Toney; two brothers, Floyd SCHRIMSHER of Owens Cross Roads, and Paul SCHRIMSHER of Route 1, Brownsboro; and three grandchildren.

 

The nephews will serve as pallbearers.

 

Honorary pallbearers will be W. E. McKINNEY, Deimer PINKERTON, Lawrence LAYNE, C. O. BAKER Sr., Alva WHORTON, Thurman BAKER, J. W. ATCHLEY, Dr. James L. CARPENTER, Dr. J. M. FREEZE, Dr. J. B. LAUGHLIN and Dr. Frederick SMITH.
