Baker Services Held Yesterday

Funeral services for Oscar BAKER, 26, who took his life early Friday morning at his home at Butler’s Mill, were held at 2 o’clock yesterday afternoon at Baker cemetery.

The Rev. H. S. BRANNUM officiated, and interment was under the direction of Butler Brothers of New Hope.

Pallbearers were Sebe MAPLES, Odell CHILDERS, H. T. TURNER, Earl BAKER, Henry WORLEY and Bob ADAMS.

Surviving are the parents, Mr. and Mrs. George BAKER; two sisters, Mrs. Henry TURNER of Cloud’s Cove and Ruby BAKER, at home; six brothers, Ed BAKER, Huntsville; Ollie BAKER, Murphy BAKER and Wilburn BAKER of Cedar Point, Ala.; Hugh BAKER and Robert BAKER of New Hope.
