Kitchen Prim (ca 1730 - ca 1819): Born in 1730 in Virginia. Married Mary Clark in
Westmoreland County, Virginia on January 13, 1787.
September 9, 1739: John Primm married Margaret Welch in Stafford
County Virginia recorded in the Overwharton Parrish Register.
1758: Kitchin Prim listed on Quit Rent Rolls for
Ravensworth, Stafford County, Virginia.
NOTE: Ravensworth is first recorded in a
grant to William Fitzhugh date Oct. 1 1694. Fitzhugh first offered settlement
terms to Huquenots for this land and apparently a number of these French
colonists settle temporarily on this frontier land.
May 17, 1750: John Primm born in Virginia. Marries Elizabeth
Hansbrough (1760-1832). He died March 12, 1837 in St. Clair County, Illinois.

Shadrack Primm: served in the War of 1812 under Captain Michael
Molton’s Company. They were called the Natchez Expedition group. They assembled
in Franklin County, Tennessee and marched overland to Natchez, Mississippi.
They served in the Dickson County militia.
John Primm: enlisted in 1777, under Captain Coombs, Colonel
Thomas Mountjoy’s regiment of Virginia militia. In 1833 was pensioned for
service as private.
