Dear,
After reading book, “History of Zern” by author Mr. Hans Tabor, I have to admit that I did not know almost anything about the history of Germans' Crnja and its people, our fellow citizens. Maybe I'm the first from Serbian Crnja who read this book but it certainly will not be the last one, because I will try to as many of my fellow citizens know all about the events of our past and the past Serbian Crnja. I'm not surprised by the positive influence of the German people in Banat which had been marshy and undeveloped area so one of the most fertile and advanced parts of Europe at that  time. However, to my great regret I have read about the events that left me shocked and deeply disappointed. The very thought that in my populated area is committed  crime and that the expelled German population led me to check on true on this by my elderly citizens about these statements. In an interview with them I came to the conclusion that the statements of Mr. Tabor probably true. It is also clear that after October 1944, decision on the expulsion and destruction of Banats' Germans made a much higher level, most likely have been decided by the communist dictators of that time (Tito and Stalin).At this point the only thing I can say is that I honestly feel sorry for all your sacrifices and to pray to God for all the innocent souls of my fellow citizens. With this letter I want to tell you that I will do our best that Serbian citizens Crnje learn the truth of Banats' Germans learn, a communication from you, I offer that will hopefully generate ideas for your visit. It will be my honor to be your host!
